For the purpose of ordering Books; —of electing Members :—of transacting the general business of the Club :—for the sale of such of the books as have been in circulation eighteen months:—for the payment of the Annual Subscriptions :—of receiving the Treasurer's Accounts : —and for the election of a Managing Committee and a Secretary for the ensuing year. The attention of Members is directed to the lllh and 12th rules.
