THE Provincial Government are prepared to receive Tenders for the hire of the Jcitty at Ly Helton, for one year, cominc»««nif the 2(3th day of March next: the tenders"to be sent mon or before the 16th day of March. The tenders must state the lent which the lessee or lessees are willing to pay. The lessee must; engage to exact no ])i<riujr tolls than those at present charged. "The lessee must engage that all goods B hall be removed from the jetty as soon as nossihle alter being landed, or placed on it : o r shipment. If any goods shall be left jn the jetty after 4 o'clock, p.m., the iossorvvill hiu-e vthe right to remove them to some store : the removal and storage to be at the cost of the lessee. The lessee must scrape and tar the jetiy mid paint the "-atfis once in the course of the year, and keep the rails and gales in thorough repair. All other repairs will be *t the cost of tin*, lessors. The lessee must keep the crane in working older. Passengers to have the use of the wharf free of charge as heretofore. Th c Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any lender.
