The tenders must state the lent, winch the lessee or lessees are willing to pay. The lessee must engage to exact no hi.-her tolls than those at present charged. *rhe lessee must engage that all goods shall In: removed from the jetty as soon as possible after being landed, or placed on it. for shipment. If any goods shall be left on th<: j^ttv after . 4 o'clock, p.m.. the lossors will have the right to remove them t.y some store: the removal ana storage to be at the cost of the lessee. The lessee must scrape and tar the jetty and paint the gates puce in the course of the year, and keep the rails and gales in thorough repair. All other repairs will be at the cost of the lessors.
