To consider the amount of subscriptions to the Races in order to allot the several Plates, &c. T. Cass, Secretary C. J. Club Lyttelton Colonists' Society and Literary Institution. A FAREWELL CONVERSAZIONE ■£*- will be given, on Friday evening, the 29 fh instant, by the Members of the above Society, to Mb. Spowers, Yice-Presideiit, who is'leaving the Colony. Admission to members free, to visitors on payment of 6d. each, as usual. Wm. Donald, President, J. G. Fyfe. Secretary. To commence at 7 o'clock, p.m.
