Ly1t"llou. for one year, commencing tin: 2(Jth day <;f March next: the tenders to be sent, in on or before Lite 15th day of March. , 'The lenders must state ihe icut. which the lessee or lessees are willing to pay. The lessee must' engage to exact no hiti'her tolls than those at. present, charged. The lessee must, engage that all goods shall hi.: removed from the jetty as soon as possible afler being lauded, or placed on it for shipment. If any goods shall be left on the jtitty after ■!• o'clock, p.m., the lossors will have the right, to remove them to some store: the removal and storage to be at the cost of the lessee. The lessee must scrape and tar the jetty and paint, the gates once in the course of the year, and keep the rails and gates in thorough repair. All other repairs will be at the cost of the lessors.
