Sidey, Esq., to submit to public competition by Auction, early in March :— 16 Acres of Valuable Freehold LAND, hi.acre-.aiid.jbalf-jacre sections, with frontages to Sewell Street, Cass Street, the Market Place, Smith Street, and Charles Street, the last being the principal frontage street in the rising township of Kaiapoi. The above presents a favourable opportunity to parties desiring a freehold in the above township, as the Church Trustees have now decided not sell any further portion of the Town Lands or adjacent country.
