The lease to be for a term of years not exceeding Seven, at an annual rent of Seven per cent, on the unpaid portion of the purchase money, and to contain, in addition to those implied under the Conveyancing Ordinance covenants by the lessee for the payment of the purchase money as above mentioned, power to be reserved to the Lessor to re-enter on breach of any of the Lessee's covenants. 6.
