We learn from a letter dated Naples, Sept.2l, thai the taking of Sebastopol has caused the greatest excitement in that city ; the people are full of joy at the news, hut aie obliged to smother iheir feelings. The Royalists are terrified. Banquets have been held at the English, French, and Sardinian embassies with great pomp. On Monday last the King of Naples was presented with a very strong diplomatic note, by a special courier from London.
