If the terms offered in any Tender shall be deemed sufficient by |he Government, the property will be put up to Auction pursuant to the Ordinance. HIS Honor the Superintendent directs the publication of the following Notice. The Provincial Government are prepared to receive Tenders for leasing the block of Land reserved for th.3 landing of diseased sheep on Adderly Head, containing 2,530 acres or thereabouts on the following terms. The Lease to be for a term of not more than three years. No sheep to be placed on the run by the Lessee ; —only cattle or horses. In case any diseased sheep shall be ordered to be landed on the run, the Lessee to remove his stock therefrom immediately on receiving notice from the Inspector of Sheep that the run is required by the Government for diseased sheep. The rent for each year to be paid-in advance —to berepaid by the Government for the time the Lessee may be deprived of the occupation of the run for the above purpose. Applications to be made in writing to the Provincial Secretary, on or before the Ist of January, 1857, stating the amount of rent offered' and the tewn of lease required.
