WHEREAS ALFRED SCOTT of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury and Colony of New Zealand, Butcher, hath, by deed bearing date the 24th day of Dec. instant, Assigned and Transferred all his Household goods and furniture. Stock-in-trade, personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever, unto Robert Heaton Rhodes and John Townsend Parkinson of Lyttelton, aforesaid, for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said Alfred Scott as shall come in and execute the said Deed within two months from the date thereof, Notice is, therefore, hereby given/" that the said Deed of Assignment now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the_ creditors of the said Alfred Scott: and such of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the said Deed within the time aforesaid will be excluded from all benefit which may arise therefrom.
