Croft, Esq., to sell by Auction, at the Hotel, Kaiapoi, ou Thursday, the 20th December, tit 2 p.m., th? following FREEHOLD PROPERTY, viz., lb' acres of laud, situate on the island, at Kaiapoi, and immediately opposite the business part of that important town, having deep wnter frontage on the Town side, where vessels may safely load and discharge at all times. The above will be sold in lots of one acre each, and, as soon as possible, a plan of the Property will be prepared, and may be seen at the Hotel.
