NOBLE CAMPBELL & Co. will Sell by Public Auction, about the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday in November, (exact date in future advertisement,) the WHOLE REMAINING PORTION OF CAPTAIN SIMEON'S EFFECTS. The LANDS situate in Dampiei's Bay adjoining to, and forming part of the town of Lyttelton, and other Town Lauds, known as Lord Lyttelton's land.
