NOTICE is Hereby Given to caution any person against dealing with one Peter Fawceti, of Governor's Bay, (formerly of the Firm of " Gaskill and Fawceti) in or about a 50 acre Freehold Section of Land, situated at Governor's Bay, the property of the undersigned, as the said Peter Fawcett is a Trespasser on the said section, and hath been so since the 29th of August, 1853, in consequence oi neglect and want of professional experience on the part of those acting as agents for me. Rhubarb Cauliflowers Cabbages Asparagus Brocoli Peas Potatoes Carrots Beans Onions Turnips French Beans Salads Pot-herbs Artichokes. Cucumbers Vegetable Marrows •jFlototrs. Roses Carnations Sweet Williams Geraniums Pinks Stocks Fuschias Piccotees Bulbs Flowering shrubs, Cut Flowers Cactus. Equal prizes will be given to Exhibitors, whether subscribers or non-subscribers. Repairs of Lyttelton Jetty. THE Provincial Government are prepared to receive tenders for the repairs of Lyttelton jetty, according to a specification which may be seen at the Resident Magistrate's office, Lytteltou.
