Berlin, Tuesday, April 17. —The following despatch has been received here from St. Petersbuig, dated, the 16lh of April :—
" Prince Gortscbakoff announces from Sebastopol, tliat on five o'clock of the morning of the 9th "of April, the enemy opened a cannonade from all their batteries which lasted till evening-. The bombardment was carried on during the night. On the 10th the enemy repeated"" the same operation. We replied with success
causing sensible losses to the enemy. On our side we have 833 killed and wounded." According to a letter from Kamiesch of the 30th, the return of General Liprandi's division to Sebastopol was caused by the undisciplined state of the garrison, which was worn out with fatigue. General Liprandi is said to have decimated the mutineers. The Emperor Alexander is expected in Warsaw towards the close of this month, in company with his brother the Grand Duke Nicholas.
