Up to the present time the subject does not seem to have received much consideration from the Lyttellon public, but when once agitated, there are too many interested in its establishment to let it fall to the ground, and as there appears to be no peculiar difficulty in the way it ought not to be long before all have it in their power to test the truth of " Poor Richard's" proverb, v A pin a daj is a groat a-year."
