The ground to be traversed is of volcanic formation, and is supposed to be of solid rock throughout the whole length of the tunnel. The drawings, specification, and conditions of contract, may be seen on and after May Ist on application at the office of Public Works. The Provincial Government will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender. E.
