By the last mail we find that the whole of .the State prosecutions in consequence of the riots at the Ballaarat diggings have been concluded. The accused were all acquitted, a verdict of " Not Guilty* having been returned by the jury in each-case. The editor of the Ballaarat Times has been sentenced to six months' imprisonment for some seditious and inflammatory articles published during the period of the riots.
