Guinness, Esq., to Sell by Auction, (unless previously disposed of by private contract,) on Saturday, May sth, the following valuable property, viz.:— RURAL SECTION, No. 306, Comprising 50 acres of Freehold Land, situate ou the banks of the Halswell, about ten miles from Christchurch, with tlie Pre-emptive right over 500 acres adjoining, together with all the improvements thereon, consisting of Dwellinghouse, Stockyards, &c. Also, The Lease of the adjoining CATTLE RUN over 6000 acres, with the improvements. The Rural Section is almost entirely fenced in by the river Halswell, and is at present used as a paddock attached to the run ; it is also well adapted for agricultural purposes.
