AT the request of a number of the Inhabitants of Lyttelton, A PUBLIC MEETING will be held in the Town Hall of that place on Monday, the 23rd day of April, at 7o'clock,p.m., for the purpose of organizing Committees to raise Subscriptions in this Province in aid of the Patriotic Fund in England for the Relief of the Wives and Children of our Soldiers and Sailors now serving in the War against Russia.
