Criminal and Civil Business, will be 'holden-at the Court House, Lyttelton, on the 16th day of April, at ten o'clock in the forenoon (or as soon thereafter as may be consistent with the arrival of His Honor the Judge,) at which time and place, all persons under recognizances to appear, either as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.
