LONGDEN has received instructions from the surviving executor of the late C. Rtjdstoxe Read, Esq., to Sell by Auction, at the residence of the deceased, in Kaiapoi, on Wednesday, the lSih inst., all that . LEASEHOLD PROPERTY, Being part of Section No. 320, and comprising 130 acres of Land, together with all the improvements thereon. The le-ise is held for 21 years from the 26th Maj', 1554, at a progressive rent of os., 10s., and 15s. per acre, for every seven years. The section is beautifully situate on tlie banks of the River Waimakariri, close to the town of Kaiapoi, and has a most extensive and valuable deep-water frontage. About 20 acres are fenced in, and partly under cultivation. The improvements consist of a good Dwell-ing-house and Garden, and some small outbuildings.
