LOCAL INTELLIGENCE.
-'•'- Akaroa. Qh Saturday the 16th. inst. Mr. W. S. Moorhouse and Mr. Crosbie Ward were elected without opposition to the additional seats in the Provincial Council assigned to Akaroa by the Provincial Council Extension Ordinance.
