TjlOR SALE, by Private Treaty, with -*- immediate possession, one of the most extensive and complete Tanning and Currying Premises in Australia, replete with every convenience and most desirably situated on the banks of the Yarra Yarra, within three miles of the city of Melbourne, having an excellent macadamised road leading to it. The Property consists of a Tan Yard with Tan Pits, Lime Pits, Pumps, and all tbe requisite apparatus for producing sufficient employment for at least 12 men. There is also a new Bark Mill on the most approved principle, Huxham and Brown, of Exeter, with a bark Shed, and a large stock of bark, sufficient to carry on the Yard for a considerable period.
