The above property is held for the residue of a-term of 21 years from the 25tb of December, 1851, and subject only to a smalf chief or ground rent of £27 per annum, payable quarterly. The house has been recently painted and papered, and is already furnished with all things requisite for carrying on the business with advantage and profit.
