AUSTRIA, PRUSSIA, AND BAVARIA.

The following correspondence from Viennm of the sth instant, appears in the " Breslauer Zeitung-:"— " As lo the result of his (Merr yon der PfordtonV) exertions here, it would be too sanguine to suppose that he has brought about a perfect understanding between the two Powers. In this latter respect the autograph lettei of the Kin* of Prussia to the Emperor F. Joseph, which was delivered by Graf Arnim on the 3rd inst., has probably been of the greatest influence. The King is understood to have again, and in the most explicit terms, expressed his determination to go hand in hand with Austria, in llie matter of the guarantees, and,is ready to undertake to throw the whole weight of Prussia and of those .States that go with her in the Eastern question into the Austrian s,cale; that not only any attack on Austrian troops, whether within or with out the Austrian frontier, shall be regarded as an smack on Germany, hv.>. that also Germany si is si Prussia shall undertake 10 support Austria even- ::s the contingency that she should assume the offiMisivf*—provided A'.:cli"!;; herself not in go beyond ihe four points in her demands on Russia, and employ all her influence with the Western Powers to prevail on them not lo exceed them. Persons here profess to know.that Russia is now no longer indisposed to negotiate for peace on the basis of the four points."
