Filby and Co., and Joseph \}f^%^^\S^ Stayner, to call the attenj£SZ&&^£ iion of tne Colonists of Can-,--i««^**d«»#* terbury and New Zealand generally, to the fact that they have resumed chartering, at short and regular intervals, firstclass, fast-sailing, passenger Ships to the different Settlements in New Zealand. The_ vessels carry surgeons—are commanded by Captains of great experience in the passenger trade—and the most careful provision is made for the comfort of the passengers during the voyage. The following fine vessels have already been despatched: Mahtoree .350 Capt. R. Cowan. Eagle ..............400 Capt. H. G. Looke. The greatest attention will be paid to the punctual despatch of vessels chartered by tbe above well-known firms; and ab it is highly desirous that a continuous emigration to this Settlement be encouraged, the undersigned will be prepared, to facilitate the views of those parties who may be disposed to send to England for their friends.
