F.SWINBOURNE'S ASSIGNMENT"VTOTICE is Hekeby Given, that in ■ 4-\ and by a certain deedi bearing date the seventh day of February instant, John Foster Sw nbodrne, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, storekeeper, did bargain, sell, assign j transfer, and set over all his interest of and in the Leasehold Land and Premises of him the said John Foster Swinbourne. fronting uppnv the Market-place in Christchurch aforesaid; with- the Messuage or Dwelling-house and Store thereon, now or late in his occupation as owner thereof.
