TO BE SOLD BY PRIVATE CONTRACT with immediate possession, if required, that plot of LAND part of Town Section No. 4, situate in and fronting upon Norwich Quay, Lyttelton, presenting a frontage thereto of 27 feet, and extending backwards 165 fept, together with the Messuage or Dwelling House and Buildings'thereon, well known as " The Steadfast Coffee and Dining Rooms," with the Yard, Statle, and Outbuildings thereto, belonging and now in the possession of Mr. William Packard, the owner thereof. Also, all the Household Furniture and effects in and upon the premises, if such be required by the purchaser. The above premises are very advantageously situate for business, and worthy the attention of any person desirous of enteiing into business . with ii small capital, presenting at the same time an eligible opportunity for investment, as the owner is retiring fiom business. The stable is airy and commodious, and capable of accommodating six horses, and has a hay loft over. The above property is held for the residue of a term of 21 years from the 25th of December, 1851, and subject only to a small chief or ground jent of £27 per annum, payable quarterly.
