Also, all the Household Furniture and effects in and upon the premises, if such be required by the purchaser. The above premises are very advantageously situate for business, and worthy the attention of any person desirous of enteiing into business . with ii small capital, presenting at the same time an eligible opportunity for investment, as the owner is retiring fiom business. The stable is airy and commodious, and capable of accommodating six horses, and has a hay loft over. The above property is held for the residue of a term of 21 years from the 25th of December, 1851, and subject only to a small chief or ground jent of £27 per annum, payable quarterly. The house has been recently painted and papered, and is already furnished with all things requisite for carrying on the business with advantage and prolit. .
