The Church to be built of permanent materials, capable of accommodating 200 persons, and the cost of the same, finished exteriorly and interiorly (fittings included!, not to exceed the sum of £500. The plans and tenders to be sent to the Secretary's house, Cashel Street, Christchurch, on or before the Ist of February next. The Committee do not pledge themselves to accept the lowest tender.
