The deceased i supposed to have been born in Perthshire, ii North Britain, was a son of Elizabeth Stewar otherwise Fyfe or FyfTe, deceased, and was grand-child of Alexander Stewart, deceased, h had a lister (married) who left Britain for sora part of North America several years ago, anc ther sister who died in Scotland several yeai ago, leaving children, and a brother James, wh appears to have enlisted in the army man years ago. The personal estate of Deceasec which is considerable, is bequeathed to his nex of-kin generally, the real estate descends to hi heirs. Dated this fourth day of January, 1855.
