Desirable Family Residence with Garden and Land. TO BE SOLD by private contract, with immediate possession if required — All that recently erected messuage ordwelling house, with the yard, garden, outbuildings, and appurtenances thereto belonging, situsite within one mile of the town of Raiapoi, and about ten miles from Christchurch, and near to the Great North Road leading to and from Christchurch. Also all that desirable plot of land consisting of 50 acres (upon part.of which the dwellinghouse stands) 25 acres of which are already enclosed with a good and substantial ditch and bank fence, and fourteen acres are now under cultivation, and the crops thereon ready to cut. The purchaser will have in addition the right of pre-emption over more than 100 acres of land on an island opposite the above. In front of the section flows the river Waimakariri, where is always deep water, where a wharf might at a small expence be erected, and where goods might be landed at all times.
