TO BE SOLD by private contract, with immediate possession if required — All that recently erected messuage ordwelling house, with the yard, garden, outbuildings, and appurtenances thereto belonging, situsite within one mile of the town of Raiapoi, and about ten miles from Christchurch, and near to the Great North Road leading to and from Christchurch. Also all that desirable plot of land consisting of 50 acres (upon part.of which the dwellinghouse stands) 25 acres of which are already enclosed with a good and substantial ditch and bank fence, and fourteen acres are now under cultivation, and the crops thereon ready to cut.
