TTIS HONOR THE SUPERINTEN- •*-*- DENT directs it to be notified that all persons who shall henceforth encroach on the land reserved for public roads within the Province, either by digging ditches, or raising banks thereon, will be prosecuted, and that those persons who have already so encroached will be liable at any time to be called on to replace the soil so removed or to remove the banks so made.
