Kai Kora Whaling Station. Public Sale of Whalehoats and Gear. MESSRS. BETHUNE & HUNTER are instructed by the Executor of the estate of the lute Mr. K. Fyfe, to Sell by Public Auction, at the Exchange, Wellington, foraccoimt of the said estate, on WEDNESDAY, February 14th, 1855, at two o'clock precisely, Three Whale-boats and oars Try Pots and Blubber Tubs Lines, Harpoons, and Lances Knives, Spades and Skimmers And sundry other Whaling Gear, including every thing necessary for carrying on a whaling station. The above are now lying at the Station of the late Mr. Fyfe, at Kai Kora, where delivery is to be takeu according to inventory, which may be seen at the office of the Auctioneers, where further particulars may be obtaiued. All the Boats, Gear, &c., will be sold in one lot, together with permission to carry on whaling at the Station for the Two Seasons next ensuing. Exchange Buildings, Wellington, January 4, 1855. THE Creditors of Robert Fife, late of the city of Wellington, and of the Kai Koras in the Middle Island of New Zealand, Master Whaler, who died at sea in or about the month of May, 1854, are requested immediately to send the particulars of their claims to ihe Acting Executor, George Hunter, Esquire, cure of Messrs. Bethune & Hunter, merchants, Wellington ; and all persons indebted to the estate of the said Robert Fyfe, are requested forthwith to pay the amount of such debts.to the said George Hunter. In the Estate of Robert Fyfe, Deceased, THE Heir-at-law, and Next-of-Kin of Robert Fype, or Ftfpe, Deceased, late of Wellington and the Kai Koras, in the'colony of New Zealand, Master Whaler, who was drowned at sea off the coast of New Zealand hi or about the month of May, 1554, are requested to send information of their existence, and toe requisite legal proof, to George Hunter, Esquire, Acting Executor of the Deceased, care: of Messrs. Bethune & Hunter, merchants. Wellington, New Zealand. The deceased is supposed to have been born in Perthshire, in North Britain, was a son oi Elizabeth Stewart, otherwise Fyfe or Fyffe, deceased, and was a grand-child of Alexander Stewart, deceased, he had a lister (married) who left Britain for some part of North America several years ago. another sister who died in Scotland several years ago, leaving children, and a brother James, who appears to have enlisted in the army many years ago.
