Saturday, We must postpone the remarks on Dk. Fea.thersto:ne's Address, which we have in type, in order to make room for the English intelligence received by the " Royal Stuart." This vessel brings us an English mail containing news up to the 9th October, five days later than that by the " Shepherdess," from Wellington.
