Notice to Debtors and Creditors. \ LL persons "who have any claims or •^^ demands against the estate and effects of 'Edward Maurice' O'Connei,li Esquire, of Connell Villa, Mount Grey, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, late a Major in the army, who died at Paramatta, in the colony of New South Wales in the month of Decemberlast, are desiredjfbrthwith tasend in the same with the nature of their security,, if any, to Isaac Thomas Cookson, Esq., Lyttelton, or to Mr. Richard Wormald, of the same place, Solicitor,, or to Mi1. John King, of Wellington, Solicitor, in order that the same may be discharged ; and all persons who were indebted to the said Edward Maurice OConnell at the time of his decease are forthwith requested to pay the amount of their several and respective debts to the said Isaac Thomas Cookson or Richard Wormald, in Lyttelton, or to the said John King, in Wellington, otherwise legal proceedings will be commenced against them for the recovery thereof without further notice. TVTOTICE is Hereby Given that in and -*-^l by a certain deed, bearing date the loth day of December instant, George Henry Tribe, of Lyttelton, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, did bargain, sell, assign, transfer, and set over alibis interest of and in-the leasehold land and premises of him, the said Geerge Henry Tribe, fronting upon Norwich Quay, in Lyttelton, aforesaid, with the wharf thereto adjoining or beljuging, and late in his occupation as owner thereof, Also, all and every the books of accounts, debts, sum and sums of money, and all other .the personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him, the said George Henry Tribe, unto Charles Side.v, Henry John Le Cren, and James Swinbottnie, of Lyttelton, aforesaid, upon trust for the benefit of all the creditors of the said George Henry Tribe who should execute the said deed within two calendar months from the date thereof, and the said deed was executed by the said Geoisre Henry Tribe, Charles Sicley, Henry John Le Cren, and James Swinbourne, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of and attested by Richard,Wormald, of Lyttelton, aforesaid, solicitor, and Jonathan Redmayne, of the same place, his clerk. And Notice is Hereby further Given that the said deed now lies at my oilice as solicitor to the said Trustees for the inspection and execution by the several creditors of the said George Henry Tribe, and snob of them as shall neglect or refuse to execute the said deed within the lime aforesaid will be excluded all benefit that may arise therefrom..
