By the relations of the undersigned with eminent ship-builders, mechanical engineers, iron founders, steam engine and machine manufacturers of the city of New York, where this Agency was first established in 1829, he is prepared to give his prompt and faithful attention to the execution of foreign orders for steamers, steam engines, iron houses, iron lighthouses, mills and machinery of every description, magnetic telegraphs, and other new and useful American Inventions, at the lowest current rates in the United States, subject to the usual commissions, including insurance and shipping charges, payable on delivery or shipment at the port of New York.
