There is an increasing custom at the bar, and possessing the reputation of being the best Hotel for visitors, the house is alway full. A person possessed of moderate capital, and of steady and industrious habits, would be dealt with on liberal terms, both as to rent and term of lease, and would certainly realize a considerable property in a few years.
