CHURCH OF SCOTLAND. THE amount subscribed for the erection of a Presbyterian Church already exceeds the sum of £400 ; a public meeting of the subscribers will, therefore, be held at the Royal Hotel, at 6 o'clock on Tuesday evening, the 11 th July, for the purpose of Receiving the report of the Committee — approving of a site and design for a building — and for determining whether a Minister of the Established, or of the Free Church be chosen.
