NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS.
In future, all communications to the Editor of the Lyttelton Times must be left at the office before Wednesday Evening, or at Mr. Bishop's, Christchurch, before 4p. m. on that day, in order that ' they may be inserted in the Paper of the fotloiving Saturday. - No communication toill receive any attention unless accompanied by the name and address of the Author, not necessarily for publication, but as evidence of his good faith. We shall, at all times, be happy to receive communications on matters of local and general interest. We do not, however, undertake to hold ourselves responsible for the sentiments and opi?iions of those who may favour us with their communications.
