ALPORT is instructed to Sell by Public Auction at the Heathcote Ferry, on Monday, December 27th, at 12 o'Clock, noon, precisely, the following Property (If not previously disposed of by Private Contract): — A substantial Weather-boarded and Shingled , House, 36 feet long, 15 feet wide, and 12 feet studs, situated on the land adjoining the East side of the Ferry. The Good-will of the Heathcote Ferry with large and small Punts, and Gear complete. A four-oared Whaleboat. 1500 feet of one-inch well-seasoned Boards and Scantling for Joists; and other goods. The Land and right of Ferry are held under agreement from the Canterbury Association for Three Years from March 14th, 1851, at a nominal annual rent.
