Births.—On the 16th inst., the wife of Mr. G. S. Bartrum, Ferry-road, -Christchurch, of a daughter. On the 17th inst., at Lyttelton, the wife of Mr. Henry Everest, of a son. On the 20th instant, the wife of Mr. Edward Genet, Storekeeper, Lyttelton, of a son. Mahkied.—At Lyttelton, on Friday, Oct. 22 by the Rev. B. W*. Dudley, M.A, assisted by the Rev. Charles Mackie, M.A., the Rev. J. A. Fbnton, M.A., to Mary, youngest daughter of W. Lister, Esq., of Greenhill Hall, Derbyshire.
