There is on the land a good House |12 feet square, perfectly air and water tight. The Tenant or Lessee will also be entitled, without any charge, to a large quantity of Kitchen Garden and Flower Seeds of the best kind, lately imported from Hobart Town. The whole of the land at a great expense has been enclosed with a good and substantial fence. The above land is advantageously situate on a gentle slope facing the south-east, and lies just beyond the Town Sections on the northwest side of. Lyttelton, and is now in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Denham, the owner thereof. The whole or part of the above land will be let with or without the house, to suit the convenience of applicants.
