Lot 2. —A Plot, containing 19a. 2r. 6r., on the opposite side of the road, bounded by the Waira Rapa River. Lot 3.—A Plot, adjoining Lot 1, containing 30a. 3e. 16p., abutting on the Wai-Mari. Lot 4. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 2, containing j 1 9a. Or. Bp., abutting on the Waira Rapa. Lot 5.—A Plot, adjoining Lot 3, containing 10a. Or. 30p., bounded by the Wai-Mari. Lot 6. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 4, containing 18a. Or. .21 p., bounded by the Waira Rapa. This Section is already fenced in on the East side, by a bank and ditch, and the purchaser is to bear the Vendor's portion of the fence according to the fencing ordinance. Lot 7. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 5, containing 9a. Or. of., with the Cottage and Garden, also partly fenced in on the East. The Purchaser will have the benefit of the improvements on this plot, and is to bear his portion of the fencing in like manner. TOWN SECTIONS. Lot 16.—The Valuable Quarter Acre Corner Section, fronting on Chester Street and the Cattle Market, No. 510, adjoining Lot 10. Lot 17. —The adjoining Section in Chester Street, No. 512. Lot 18.—D0., No. 514.
