ALPORT*,, --„..-, At one o'clock precisely, upon the Conditions of Sale which will be then and there produced, rpHE following Valuable Plots of LAND, ■-■- Part of Section No. 70, all situated on the Wai-Mari Road, Riccarton, upon which they front, and, lie between the Wai-Mari and Waira Rapa Rivers by which they are bounded. They were selected for the proprietor by the late W. Deans, Esq. MURAL LAND. Lot 1. —Consists of a Plot, containing 10a. Or. Op., bounded by the Wai-Mari, as shewn in the plan. Lot 2. —A Plot, containing 19a. 2r. 6r., on the opposite side of the road, bounded by the Waira Rapa River. Lot 3.—A Plot, adjoining Lot 1, containing 30a. 3e. 16p., abutting on the Wai-Mari. Lot 4. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 2, containing j 1 9a. Or. Bp., abutting on the Waira Rapa. Lot 5.—A Plot, adjoining Lot 3, containing 10a. Or. 30p., bounded by the Wai-Mari. Lot 6. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 4, containing 18a. Or. .21 p., bounded by the Waira Rapa. This Section is already fenced in on the East side, by a bank and ditch, and the purchaser is to bear the Vendor's portion of the fence according to the fencing ordinance. Lot 7. —A Plot, adjoining Lot 5, containing 9a. Or. of., with the Cottage and Garden, also partly fenced in on the East. The Purchaser will have the benefit of the improvements on this plot, and is to bear his portion of the fencing in like manner. TOWN SECTIONS. Lot s.—A Valuable Corner Quarter Acre Section, in Columbo Street, on the North side the river, partly fenced in. Together with the V Hut, Fencing, and all improvements. Lot 9. —A Valuable Quarter Acre Plot, on the South side of Worcester Street, and West side of the river, near the foot bridge and Land Office, being Section No. 407. Lot 10. —The adjoining Section, No. 409. Lot 11. —A Valuable Quarter Acre Corner Section, on the South side of the river, near the Botanical Gardens, fronting on Kilmore Street, and the Cattle Market, No. 509. Lot 12. —The adjoining Quarter Acre Section, fronting on Kilmore Street, No. 511. Lot 13.—D0., No. 513. Lot 14.—D0., No. 515. Lot 15.—D0., No. 517. Lot 16.—The Valuable Quarter Acre Corner Section, fronting on Chester Street and the Cattle Market, No. 510, adjoining Lot 10. Lot 17. —The adjoining Section in Chester Street, No. 512. Lot 18.—D0., No. 514. The above Stock has been some time in the colony, and will be found well worthy the attention of Dairymen, &c.
