ALPORT begs to announce that he will offer for Sale by Public Auction, at the Golden Fleece Hotel, Christchukch, the following Property, early in May. A first rate 100 acre Section of Excellent Land, No. 70, situate on the Waimairi Road, near Riccarton, selected for the proprietor by the late William Deans, Esq., to be sold in plots, varying from 10 to 20 acres. The property is within a short distance of Riccarton and Papanui Woods, well supplied with water from the Waimairi and Wairarapa Rivers, by which it is naturally fenced in on the north and south sides, and is immediately adjacent to the Water Corn Mill, now about to be erected on the Waimari. Also, the following well situated Town Sections in Christehurch, Nos. 509, 510, 511, 512, 513, 514, 515, and 517, in Chester Street and Kilmore Street, near the Bricks and Botanical Gardens, and fronting on the Cattle market, No. 176, a Corner Section in Columbo Street, well fenced in, with tbe V Hut erected thereon, and Nos. 407 and 409, in the best part of Worcester Street, near to the Bridge and Land Office.
