LONGDEN & LE CREN Beg to give notice, that they have received instructions from the Executors of the late Captain Mitchell, to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, THE whole of the PROPERTY, of the deceased in this Settlement, consisting of THE WELL-KNOWN STATION AT MOUNT GREY, Situate in the Northern District of the Canterbury Settlement, and comprising A SPLENDID RUN OF 20,000 ACRES, UPON WHICH ARE A CAPITAL House and Garden, Dairy, Stockyards, And other improvements, all in first-rate working order, and secured by a Pre-emptive Right, thus rendering the whole a most Valuable Property. The following is a list of the Stock, &c. as near as can be at present ascertained. 1 Durham Bull, 4 years old, 1 do.
