NOTICE is Hereby Given,—That by Deed bearing date the loth day of March, in the year 1852, and expressed to be made be-< tween Robertson Albenus Watts, formerly of Akaloa, in Banks Peninsula, but now of Ra Kaia, in the Colony of New Zealand, stockkeeper, of the first part, Alexander Anderson, of Christchurch, in" the said Colony, Farmer, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being Creditors of the said Robertson Albenus Watts, of the third part, the said Rrbertsou Albenus Watts hath assigned and transferred all his property and effects unto the said Alexander Anderson, his Executors, Administrators, and Assigns in trust for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said Robertson Albenus Watts, as shall assent to and execute the said Deed within two months after the date thereof. The said Deed was on the day aforesaid duly executed by the said Robertson Albenus Watts, amd Alexander Anderson, in the presence of and attested by Charles Edward Prichard, of Christchurch aforesaid, Solicitor, and David Ferguson, of the same place, carpenter.
