NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Tn future, all communications to the editor of the Lyttelton Times must be left at the office before noon on Thursday, in order that they may be inserted in the paper of the following Saturday. For the convenience of persons living at. or in the neighbourhood nj Chrisfchnrch, a special messenger ■will leave Mr. Bishop's Store, in the Market-place, every Thursday morning at eight o'clock ; and all communications left at Mr. Bishop's before that time will be forwarded. Mr. Bishop is authorised to receive all payments on account of the LyHelton Times. Mr. Rae's letter too late for publication this iveelc. " Anti-humbug" must wait for the same reason. No communication will receive any attention unless accompanied by the name and address of the author, not necessarily for publication, but as evidence of his good Jaith.
