Births.—On the sth instant, at Christchurch, Mrs. C. E. Fookes, of a son. On Sunday, the 25th inst., Mrs. H. Jaggar, of a daughter. On the 29th inst., Mrs. Richard Turnbull, of a daughter. Married—on the 26th inst., by the Rev. B. W. Dudley, assisted by the Rev. H. Jacobs, Mr. John Townsend Parkinson, of Gollan's Bay, youngest son of Mr. John Parkinson, late of the Court of Chancery, to Annie, only daughter of Mr. Henry Simpson, of Richmond, Yorkshire.
