TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, (Unless previously disposed of by Private Contract.) VARIOUS Plots of Suburban Land, in the Two Valleys at the West End of the Port Town of Lyttelton, in sections varying in quantity from half an acre to two acres, for Building Sites, Gardens, and Paddocks, to be called the LYTTiiiiXON Park Gardens. This spot is notorious for its sheltered position and splendid views of the harbour, the excellent quality of the land, and a never-failing supply of fresh water. It is situated immediately in the vicinity of the reserve for a chuich, parsonage, and parochial schools. The land is laid out so that each section may abut upon a water course, and lies within a pasturage range upon which the occupiers of these sections will be permitted to depasture their cows al a trifling cost per head.
