" PLOUGHING, THE Undersigned is prepared to enter into Contracts for Ploughing any quantity of Land. William Akcher. Christchurch, Dec. sth. MR. PARKINSON desires lespectfully to call the attention of parties about to form Sheep Stations to his advertisement in last week's paper, of 1500 Ewes and 100 Earns, which he offers for sale. This would be found a most eligible opportunity of gaining sheep from the very best flocks in the colony, and being perfectly acclimated, and bred in the colony, there would be no loss as attendant on newly landed sheep. The Ewes are now in lamb by thorough-bred imported Earns, and arrangements would be entered into with purchasers, to deliver them at any station on the plains, with a warrant for their being clean. In proof of the superior texture of their wool, it is sufficient to say that their last returns of sale were 1 s. 6d. per lb. The Rams are of the choicest breed, from the celebrated flocks of Messrs. Sutter and M'Carthy, and also from imported Earns from the most celebrated English breeders, and can be supplied at any age and cost, to accommodate purchasers, on application at Gollan's Bay, or to Messrs. Longden and Le Cren, Lyttelton.
